The trailer for this week’s throwback Thursday is for Blake Edwards’s 1961 stylish, elegant film, “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”, starring Audrey Hepburn and George Peppard. Breakfast at Tiffany’s, based on Truman Capote’s 1958 novella, tells the story of a lonely, struggling writer who becomes enchanted with his neighbor – an independent young woman who strives to be a high-climbing socialite with a penchant for high-fashion and wild parties. Soon, however, he uncovers the vulnerability she has at heart. With all the love I have in my heart for the classy Audrey Hepburn and for classic films, it really is a shame I have not yet seen this movie :(. Breakfast at Tiffany’s is on my to-watch list. I hope to have it on my done-watched list real soon and, hopefully, if it’s really ace, on my to-be-done-watched-again list!
