In this teaser trailer for Ridley’s Exodus, I see Gladiator 2.0 happening in Egypt’s golden and sun-drenched land. Considering this movie is supposed to be about the Bible hero Moses, I don’t believe this is a good thing. Oh, the film footage does look as it’s intended to – like an epic of biblical proportions, but I’m left wondering if anybody on set actually read the Bible story before embarking on this movie’s making voyage. I’m wondering too if Ridley plans on making a sequel to Exodus, hence the subtitle Gods and Kings.
